Who Is It For?
Sana certification is for Sana partners who want to sharpen their skills and help their customers get even more out of Sana Commerce. Sana-certified partners are the premier functional and technical experts on Sana products. Join this group of certified professionals!
How to Become a Sana-Certified Functional or Technical Consultant
Sana partner certification is free and it can be achieved at any time. There are two certification levels:
- Functional Consultant – can be earned by any implementing Sana partner.
- Technical Consultant – can be earned by Sana SDK partners.
For each certification level there is a combination of courses a Sana partner must take to become certified. Each course has a badge that validates the partner’s knowledge and skills acquired by passing the course. To earn the Sana badge, you must pass the course with 90% or higher. To receive the functional or technical consultant certificate, you must pass all required courses and earn the badges. Once you receive all required badges, we will validate them and send you your Sana certificate.
Required courses to become a Sana-Certified Partner (Functional Consultant):
- Implementing Sana (how to install Sana on Web and database server)
- Installing Sana in the ERP system(s) you implement
- Managing Sana integrated with the ERP system(s) you implement (shop admin training)
Required courses to become a Sana-Certified Partner (Technical Consultant):
- Implementing Sana (how to install Sana on Web and database server)
- Installing Sana in the ERP system(s) you implement
- Managing Sana integrated with the ERP system(s) you implement (shop admin training)
- Sana SDK partner training
You must pass the courses for the ERP system you are implementing.

How to Stay Certified (Recertification)
Sana is constantly developing and releasing new versions. To continue representing yourself as a certified Sana partner and use your certificate, you must keep your certification current.
When we release a new version of Sana Commerce, we will also create a corresponding course so you can learn about all the new features, improvements and changes that have been implemented in the released version. If you have already passed all required Sana courses and earned the certificate for the previous Sana version, there is no need to go through the entire certification process again for the new Sana version to be recertified. You can simply take the course explaining what’s new.
